1.1. Order Placing– Confirmation.

1.2. Order Cancellation.
You may cancel your order:
1.2.1. Before the order is completed.
Before submitting your order, you have the ability technically to click on "return to cart" and remove from your cart the products that you do not wish to
order by clicking on "remove".
1.2.2. After completion of the order but before receiving the products.
If the online order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it by sending

1.2.3. Upon receipt of the Order.
Any refusal to receive the products delivered by the transport company, is equivalent to the right of withdrawal.
In any case, we inform you that in case of withdrawal, ahaeanland.gr records the fact to a special file.
In case of a second order, after a previous refusal of receipt by the same customer, ahaeanland.gr will contact the customer to confirm the new order.
In case the same customer refuses for a second time to receive their order, then they shall pay any future order with bank deposit.
1.2.4. Upon receipt of the order, due to error, defective products, loss.
After receipt of the order, in case you receive a defective product, a wrong product (not included in the final order form) or if you do not receive any
product due to loss.
2.1. Shipping costs.
The shipment of the products of your order, is charged with shipping and cash on delivery costs (if arise) which are added to the final payment amount and are indicated clearly in the final order form.
2.2. Place – Dates and times of delivery.
The days of delivery of the products, are defined by the opening hours of the Transport Company that undertakes their delivery which is made at the place of delivery that you have stated in the order form.
If the order is placed until 12:30pm, the products are delivered within three working days.
In case the order is placed after 12:30pm, the delivery time
is increased by one working day.
The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and force majeure , which may affect transport and delivery times.
2.3. Delay of Delivery.
Our Company makes every effort for the timely and appropriate delivery of the products, however we reserve the right to delay the delivery of the product(s)
in case:
There is a force majeure event such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any other event outside of our sphere of influence and control which may affect transport and delivery of the order.
In case you are not satisfied with our suggestion, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in whole and we shall refund any money you have paid.

3.1. Cash on Delivery Method – Payment upon receipt of the order.
When the courier comes to your place to deliver the products, you pay in
cash the value of your order and any costs incurred (e.g.transport costs, cash on delivery), as indicated in the form you have receive, at your e-mail address.
3.2. Payment by Debit or Credit Card.
You can pay the value of your order and any costs incurred as indicated in the order form (e.g. shipping costs), by credit card, or debit card (if such payment method is available).
3.3. Payment by deposit to a bank Account.
You can pay the value of your order and any costs incurred by deposit to a bank
account of our company (if such payment method is available).
For your best service, please enter the code of your order when depositing
of the amount.
3.4. Security.
Ahaeanland does not manage personal information, including numbers of
credit cards and bank account of users who choose Payment by Debit or Credit Card, or, Payment by deposit to Bank Account.

4.2. Consumer obligations in case of Withdrawal.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the above, you must return to us (at the address indicated herein) the product from the purchase of which you withdraw immediately, without undue delay.
For returns of products, the cost is borne by you, unless we have sent you
damaged or defective products , thus the cost is borne by us.
4.3. Obligations of ahaeanland.gr in case of withdrawal.
If you withdraw from a purchase in accordance with the provisions hereof, we will refund all the money we have received from you, including shipping costs and additional costs arising from your payment choice by cash on delivery, subject to those expressly set out below.
The money will be refunded immediately, without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which ahaeanland.gr will receive the products you returned in accordance with the above provisions and subject to the provisions of Article II. C. 4.5.
The refund is made by crediting your bank account which you will indicate to ahaeanland.gr when exercising the right of withdrawal.
However, the refund may be delayed if you do not receive the products or the receipt for their return.
In any case no additional costs will be charged for such refund unless the bank at which you wish to make the deposit is not one of those in which ahaeanland.gr has an account
4.4. Return of product.
We are entitled to delay the refund of your money until we receive back the products from the purchase of which you withdraw in the same good condition in which you received them.
In case of withdrawal in accordance with the above, it is clarified that if there are any products that you have purchased with discount due to the purchase of the product from which you withdraw, you must return them along with the basic product, otherwise the withdrawal is considered as not exercised by you and
thus we shall bear no liability.
You acknowledge and consent that it is your responsibility to reduce the value of products that you return, which (reduction) occurs as a result of your management of the products, except for those necessary for the identification of the nature and properties of the products.
It is clarified, however, that in order to take your money back in case of withdrawal, the product must be in the same good condition that you received it without damage and it must be complete, in its original packaging and accompanied by all relevant documents and receipt/invoice.
All returned products, must be in perfect condition, and they must not have been altered in any way or in a different way In such cases returns will NOT be accepted.
The returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents received otherwise ahaeanland.gr will not receive them until you agree that the
right of withdrawal has not been lawfully exercised and in accordance with the terms hereof.
Therefore, from the original total amount of your purchase the following are deducted:
(a) all transport costs;
the cost of returning the products to us and the cost of
cash on delivery, if the payment has been made BY cash on delivery, or
(b) all transport costs;
the cost of returning the products to us, provided that the
payment has not been made by cash on delivery.
In case of return of proven defective products, the shipping costs are borne by us.
In case during the return of a product to be returned
(a) its packaging has been damaged;
It is returned to the buyer with shipping costs borne by them.
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 days from the date of shipment of the order and request its replacement.
The return of products for replacement is not an act of withdrawal on your part and therefore the provisions of Article II C. 4 hereof shall not apply.
We do not accept replacements or returns for products with tampered packaging, or used, or generally products with alterations of their original condition.
(1) To return one or more products you must contact the courier company
that delivered the parcel to you stating that you wish a return to
ahaeanland.gr in order to receive the parcel for return and initiate the procedure.
(2) Then place the product in its packaging, the proof of the order and deliver the parcel to the courier.
(3) As soon as we receive the package, we check the availability of the products you wish to replace . As long as the product(s) are available, we will replace them and we will return them to you.
In case the products are not available we will contact you to discuss
together the replacement of your order.
Replacement can be agreed with another, different product, after consultation between the two parties and only if our company is willing to replace the product.
In case of replacement of proven defective products, the shipping costs are borne by us.
In case during the replacement of a product to be replaced
(a) it has not been proven to be defective;
(b) it is found that it has been Used
