1. WITHDRAWAL – ORDER CANCELLATION
1.1. Conditions for exercising the right
You have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a purchase you made through our online store, without stating any reason or providing any explanation (unjustified withdrawal).
The right of withdrawal is exercised when you wish to return a product purchased from our online store and receive a refund.
The above fourteen (14) day period for exercising the right of withdrawal begins on the day following the date on which you, or a person indicated by you as responsible for receiving the products (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the purchased goods.
If you have ordered multiple goods in one order which are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day following the date on which you, or a person indicated by you as responsible for receiving the products (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the last good.
1.2. Consumer obligations in case of withdrawal
If you exercise the right of withdrawal as described above, you must return to us (at the address listed herein) the product from which you withdraw immediately, without unjustified delay.
For product returns, the return shipping cost is borne by you, unless the products are damaged or defective and were sent by us, in which case the return cost is borne by us.
1.3. Obligations of ahaeanland.gr in case of withdrawal
If you withdraw from a purchase as defined herein, we will refund all monies received from you, excluding delivery costs (total shipping costs of our transaction and the cost of returning the products to us) and any additional costs resulting from your choice to pay by cash on delivery, subject to what is expressly stated below.
The refund will be made promptly, without undue delay, and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the date ahaeanland.gr receives the returned products as specified above and subject to the provisions of Article II.G.4.5.
The refund will be made by crediting your bank account, which you will communicate to ahaeanland.gr when exercising your withdrawal right.
However, the refund may be delayed if we have not received the products or proof of their return.
In any case, you will not be charged additional fees for such a refund unless the bank you choose is not one with which ahaeanland.gr cooperates and holds an account.
1.4. Return of Products
We are entitled to delay the refund until we receive back the goods in the same good condition in which you received them.
If you withdraw as above, it is clarified that any products purchased at a discount due to the purchase from which you withdraw must also be returned together with the main product; otherwise, the withdrawal is considered not exercised and no obligation arises for us.
You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any reduction in the value of returned products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
To receive a refund in case of withdrawal, the product must be in excellent condition, without damage, complete, inside its original packaging, and accompanied by all relevant documents and the purchase receipt.
All returned products must be in excellent condition, unaltered in any way, and bear their special identification tag; otherwise, returns will NOT be accepted.
The returned product must be accompanied by all necessary documents received upon delivery; otherwise, ahaeanland.gr will not accept it, as the withdrawal right is considered not lawfully exercised.
If the return is due to incorrect personal assessment, products are not exchanged for money, and shipping and COD costs are borne by you.
That is, the following are deducted from your original purchase amount:
a) Total shipping costs of our transaction + return shipping costs + COD cost, if payment was made WITH cash on delivery, or
b) Total shipping costs of our transaction + return shipping costs, if payment was made WITHOUT cash on delivery.
If proven defective products are returned, shipping costs are borne by us.
If the returned product:
a) is not proven defective,
b) is found to have been used,
c) has damaged packaging,
it is returned to the buyer with shipping costs borne by the buyer.
2. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT – EXCHANGE
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 days from the shipping date and request its replacement.
Returns for replacement purposes do not constitute withdrawal; therefore, the provisions of Article II.G.4 do not apply.
By product exchange, we mean replacement with a product of the same product code.
Exchanges are made only if product variations are available.
We do not accept exchanges or returns of products with tampered packaging, used products, or products whose original condition has been altered.
Exchange Procedure
(1) To return one or more products, you must contact the courier company that delivered your parcel, stating that it is a return to ahaeanland.gr, so they can collect it and initiate the process.
(2) Place the item in its packaging with its tag, the purchase receipt, and note the requested exchange, then hand the parcel to the courier.
(3) Once we receive the parcel, we check product availability. If available, we proceed with the exchange and return it to you.
If any product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss replacement options.
If proven defective products are exchanged, they are not replaced with different products or refunded, but replaced with the same item.
Replacement with a different product may be agreed upon between both parties only if our business agrees to proceed.
If an exchange occurs by agreement, you pay the price difference and the new COD cost. You may avoid COD by depositing the difference via bank transfer.
If proven defective products are exchanged, shipping costs are borne by us.
If the product to be exchanged:
a) is not proven defective,
b) is found used,
c) has damaged packaging,
it is returned to the buyer with shipping costs borne by the buyer.
In any exchange or return case, products must be in intact packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
Any exchange or return without the purchase document will not be accepted.
It is expressly agreed that:
Product replacement is carried out only if the product is returned to our business in the same good condition in which you originally received it.
