Shipments within Greece
The products you ordered are shipped to the address you have specified, via the courier company “Easy Mail.”

For items of large weight or volume, shipping charges may be adjusted. We will contact you to inform you of the exact shipping cost.

Shipping / Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched by our company on the same day, provided they have been registered by 12:00 PM on a working day.

Delivery is completed within 2–4 working days.

The above timeframes do not apply during official holidays, extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any force majeure circumstances that may affect transport times.

Returns / Exchanges via Courier
In the case of a return or exchange via courier, an additional charge of €4.00 applies throughout Greece.

This charge does not apply if the reason for the return is due to our responsibility, according to what is stated in the terms of use.
