  1. Credit / Debit Card

You can pay for your order either by charging any credit or debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, VISA ELECTRON type), following the relevant instruction of the Holder. In any case of purchase, the buyer must also be the holder of the card used. The use of your credit / debit card for your purchases at ahaeanland.gr is completely safe, as long as you follow the relevant instructions.

The minimum necessary card details (holder details, type, number, expiration date, card authentication number) will be transmitted to Viva Wallet, in order to check their validity and to carry out your transaction securely. Through ahaeanland.gr you are directed to a secure website of the financial institution, where your details are registered.

It is noted that the information you provide, such as credit card number, etc., is entered directly on the secure page of the financial institution and is not entered in our database, thus ensuring the highest possible level of security. The financial institution checks the above card details and informs you electronically about the approval or rejection of the transaction, while also sending the unique confirmation code assigned by it.

Upon approval of the transaction, you are informed with a corresponding success message. In the event that the transaction is rejected by the Bank or the relevant network, then the purchase is not made.

Customers outside the European Union are subject to any financial charges due to differences in exchange rates, customs clearance, etc., for which the Company bears no responsibility.

  1. Cash on delivery (GREECE ONLY)

Upon delivery of the order to your location by the courier company, acting on our behalf, you pay the courier company employee. Cash on delivery is charged at 2€ per order.

The cash on delivery payment method is valid only for Greece and for orders up to 500€.
