You have the right to return the product you received within 14 days from the date of shipment of the order and request its replacement. We do not accept changes or returns of products with damaged packaging or used or generally with their original condition altered.

The Company shall endeavor to replace any invalid term with a new valid term, the effect of which shall be the closest equivalent of the one that was invalidated.

D. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION

Any dispute between the parties regarding the application, interpretation, invalidity of the terms of the contract, the existence or non-existence of rights and obligations of the parties under the contract or tort, shall be interpreted in accordance with Greek law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, to whose jurisdiction the parties hereby voluntarily submit.
