C. PURCHASE THROUGH THE STORE

1.1. Completion – Order Confirmation.

1.2. Order Cancellation.

In the event of a return of proven defective products, the shipping costs are borne by us.

- REPLACEMENT – CHANGE OF PRODUCTS
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 days from the date of shipment of the order and request its replacement. The return of the products for the purpose of replacing them does not constitute an action of withdrawal on your part and therefore the provisions of article II. C. 4. hereof do not apply. We do not accept changes or returns of products with damaged packaging or used or generally with their original condition altered.

The Company shall endeavor to replace any invalid term with a new valid term, the effect of which shall be the closest equivalent of the one that was invalidated.
D. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION
Any dispute between the parties regarding the application, interpretation, invalidity of the terms of the contract, the existence or non-existence of rights and obligations of the parties under the contract or tort, shall be interpreted in accordance with Greek law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, to whose jurisdiction the parties hereby voluntarily submit.
Alternatively, the solution of out-of-court settlement through the European Alternative Dispute Resolution Body is proposed.
