1.1. Conditions for the exercise the right.
You have 14 days to withdraw from any purchase you have made from our online store, without giving the reasons or any explanation (optional withdrawal).
The right of withdrawal is exercised when you want to return the product you bought from our online store, and take your money back.
The above deadline of fourteen (14) for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, starts from the day after you or a person you may indicate to us as responsible for the receipt of your products (other than the carrier) acquire the physical possession of the purchased products.
In case you have ordered more than products in one order and they are delivered separately, the time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above starts from the day after you or any person you may indicate to us as the person responsible for the receipt of your products (other than the carrier) acquires the physical possession of the last product .
1.2. Consumer obligations in case of withdrawal.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above, you must return to us (at the address indicated herein) the product from the purchase of which you withdraw immediately, without undue delay.
For returns of products, the cost is borne by you, unless we sent you damaged or defective, thus the cost is borne by us.
1.3. Obligations of ahaeanland.gr in case of withdrawal.
If you withdraw from a purchase in accordance with the provisions hereof, we will refund all the money we received from you, except for the delivery costs (total of the shipping costs and the cost of returning the products to us) and the additional costs from your payment choice by cash on delivery, subject to those expressly stated below.
The money will be refunded immediately, without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which ahaeanland.gr will receive the products returned in accordance with the above provisions and without prejudice to the provisions of Article II. C. 4.5.
The refund is made by crediting your bank account which you will indicate to ahaeanland.gr when exercising the right of withdrawal.
However, the refund may be delayed if you do not receive the products or receipt for their return.
In any case, no additional costs will be charged for such refund unless the bank at which you wish to make the deposit is not one of those with which ahaeanland.gr cooperate or has an account. .
1.4. Return of Product.
We are entitled to delay the refund of your money until we receive back the products from the purchase of which you withdraw in the same good condition in which you received them.
In case of withdrawal in accordance with the above, it is clarified that if there are any products that you have purchased with discount due to the purchase of the product from which you withdraw, you must return them along with the basic product, otherwise the withdrawal is considered as not exercised by you and thus we shall bear no no liability.
You acknowledge and consent that it is your responsibility to reduce the value of the returned products, which (reduction) occurs as a result of your management of such products, except for those necessary for the identification of the nature and properties of the products.
However, it is clarified that in order to take your money back in case of withdrawal, the product must be in the same good condition that you received it without damage and it must be complete, in its original packaging and accompanied by all the relevant documents and proof of purchase.
All returned products must be in perfect condition, and they must not have been altered in any way and they must have the special identification note , otherwise returns will NOT be accepted.
The returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents you received upon receipt, otherwise ahaeanland.gr will not receive them until you agree that the right of withdrawal has not been lawfully exercised and in accordance with the terms hereof.
In case of return due to your misjudgment, the products are not exchanged for a sum of money and the transport and cash on delivery costs are borne by you.
Therefore , from the original total amount of your purchase the following are deducted:

In case of return of proven defective products, the shipping costs are borne by us.
In case where the product to be returned,
(a) has not been proved to be defective;
(b) is found that it has been used;
(c) its packaging has been damaged;
it is returned to the buyer with shipping costs borne by them.
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 days from the date of shipment of the order and request its replacement.
The return of products for their replacement is not an act of withdrawal on your part and therefore the provisions of Article II C. 4. hereof shall not apply..
Replacement of product, means the replacement of the product with the same product code.
Replacements of product are made only if there are available products.
We do not accept replacements or returns of products, with tampered packaging, or used, or generally products with alterations of their original condition.
(1) In order to return one or more products, you must contact the courier company that delivered the parcel to you, stating that you wish a return to ahaeanland.gr, in order to receive the parcel for return and to initiate the procedure.
(2) Then place the product in its packaging with its identification note, and the order receipt and record the replacement you wish and deliver the parcel to the courier.
(3) As soon as we receive the parcel , we check the availability of the products you wish to replace. As long as the product(s) are available, we will replace them and we will return them to you.
In case the products are not available we will contact you to discuss the replacement of your order.
In case of replacement of proven defective products, these are not exchanged for different products or money, but they are replaced.
It can be agreed to replace a product with another, different product, after consultation of both parties and only if our company is willing to replace the product.
In case of replacement , upon agreement you pay the difference and the new cost of cash on delivery. Of course you can avoid cash on delivery by depositing the difference to the bank account.
In case of replacement of proven to defective products, the shipping costs are borne by us.
In case where the product to be changed,
(a) has not been proved to be defective;
(b) is found that it has been used;
(c) its packaging has been damaged;
it is returned to the buyer with shipping costs borne by them.
In case of replacement or return, the products should be in their packaging intact and accompanied by the purchase document.
Any replacement or return, without the purchase document, will not be accepted.

The replacement of the products takes place if the product to be replaced is returned to our Company in the same good condition that you originally received it.
