1. WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION OF ORDER

1.1. Conditions for the exercise of a right.

You have at your disposal within 14 days to withdraw from the purchase you may have made through our online store, without giving the reasons or providing us with any explanation (unnecessary withdrawal).

The right of withdrawal is exercised when you want to return the product you bought from our online store, and receive your money back.

The above deadline of fourteen (14) for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, starts from the day after the day that you or a person you may indicate to us as responsible for the receipt of your products (other than the carrier) acquire the physical possession of the purchased goods.

In case you have ordered more than one piece of goods with an order and which are delivered separately, the time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above starts from the day after you or any person you may indicate to us as the person responsible for receiving your products (other than the carrier) acquires the physical possession of the last good.

1.2. Consumer obligations upon withdrawal.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above, you must return to us (at the address indicated herein) the product from the purchase of which you withdraw immediately, without undue delay.

For the returns of the products, the cost of returning the products is borne by you, unless they are damaged or defective products that we have sent you, in which case the cost of the return is borne by us.

1.3. Obligations ahaeanland.gr during withdrawal.

If you withdraw from a purchase in accordance with the provisions hereof, we will refund to you all the money we received from you, except for the delivery costs (total of the shipping costs of our transaction and the cost of returning the products to us) and the additional costs due to your choice to pay for your order by cash on delivery, subject to what is expressly stated below.

The refund will be made immediately, without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the date that the ahaeanland.gr will receive the products returned in accordance with the above provisions and without prejudice to the provisions of Article II. C. 4.5.

The refund is made by crediting your bank account which you will notify to the ahaeanland.gr when exercising the right of withdrawal.

However, it may be delayed to refund the money if you do not receive the products or receipt for their return.

In any case, no additional expenses will be charged for such a refund unless the bank at which you wish to make the deposit is not one of which cooperates and has an account or ahaeanland.gr.

1.4. Product Return.

We are entitled to delay the refund of your money until we receive back the goods from the purchase of which you are withdrawing in the same good condition in which you received them.

In case of withdrawal in accordance with the above, it is clarified that any products that you have purchased with a discount due to the purchase of the product from which you withdraw, you must return them along with the basic product from the purchase of which you withdraw, otherwise the withdrawal is considered as not exercised by you and therefore no obligation is produced for us.

You acknowledge and consent that it is your responsibility to reduce the value of the returned products, which (decrease) occurs as a result of your management of such products, except for that necessary to determine the nature and properties of the products.

However, it is clarified that in order to get your money back in the case of withdrawal, the product must be in the excellent condition received without damage and must be complete, within the original packaging and accompanied by all the relevant documents and the proof of purchase.

All products returned must be in excellent condition, not have been altered in any way and have the special card of their marking, otherwise returns will NOT be accepted.

The returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents you received upon receipt, otherwise the ahaeanland.gr does not receive them as you agree that the right of withdrawal has not been lawfully exercised and in accordance with the terms hereof.

In case of return due to your misjudgment, the products are not exchanged for a sum of money and the transport and cash on delivery costs are borne by you.

That is, they are deducted from the original total amount of your purchase:

a) the total shipping costs of our transaction and the cost of returning the products to us and the cost of cash on delivery, if the payment has been made BY cash on delivery,

or

b) the total shipping costs of our transaction and the cost of returning the products to us, provided that the payment has been made without cash on delivery.

In case of return of proven defective products, the transport costs are borne by us.

In the case where the product to be returned,

(a) it has not been proved to be defective;

(b) it is found that it has been used;

(c) its packaging has been damaged;

is returned to the buyer with transport costs incurred by him.

2. REPLACEMENT – CHANGE OF PRODUCTS

You have the right to return the product you received within 14 days from the date of shipment of the order and request its replacement.

The return of the products for the purpose of replacing them is not an act of withdrawal on your part and therefore the provisions of Article II do not apply. C. 4. of this.

By product change, we mean the replacement of the product of the same product code.

Product changes are made only if there are available variations of the products.

We do not accept changes or returns of products, with tampered packaging, or used, or generally with their original condition altered.

(1) In order to return one or more products, you should contact the courier company that delivered the parcel to you, stating that it is a return to the ahaeanland.gr, in order to receive the parcel for return and to initiate the procedure.

(2) Then place the item on its packaging with its card, the order receipt and record what change you want to make and deliver the parcel to the courier.

(3) As soon as we receive the package, the availability check of the products you want to change is carried out. As long as the product(s) are available, we will make the change and return it to you.

In case any of the products are not available we will contact us to discuss the replacement of your order.

In case of change of proven defective products, these are not exchanged for different products or amount of money, but are replaced.

It can be agreed to replace a product with another, different product, after consultation of both parties and only if our company is willing to replace the product.

In case the change is made, upon agreement you pay the difference and the new cost of cash on delivery. Of course you can avoid cash on delivery by depositing the difference in the bank.

In case of change, proven to be defective products, the transport costs are borne by us.

In the case where the product to be changed,

(a) it has not been proved to be defective;

(b) it is found that it has been used;

(c) its packaging has been damaged;

is returned to the buyer with transport costs incurred by him.

In case of change or return, the products should be on their packaging in an intact condition and should be accompanied by the purchase document.

Any change or return, not accompanied by the purchase document, will not be accepted.

It is expressly agreed that:

The replacement of the products takes place if the product to be replaced is returned to our Company in the same good condition that you originally received it.
