How experts describe olive oils

Two experts in olive oil tasting (Eleni Katsirma and Giorgos Deligiannis) and an expert in the communication of extra virgin olive oil (Lena Karatsoli) tasted AL's olive oils and noted:

Elegant, characterful with density and balanced, unique blends from the varieties Manaki and Koroneiki spring from the portfolio of AL. In their tasting, the excellent virgin olive oils harmoniously highlighted the quality characteristicsof fruity, bitter and spicy, combined with their purity, balance and low acidity. The extra virgin olive oils mix harmoniously the characteristics of the regions from which they come from, are representative of the great reputation of Greek olive oil and invite us to introduce them to the finest and most original creations of Greek and international cuisine.
